Important Documents for HOA Annual Meeting on November 7, 2013

Dear Katy Lake HOA Members:
As promised, here are links to the documents related to our upcoming Annual Meeting, to be held Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 7:00pm at the Waxahachie Country Club. Sign-in will begin at 6:45 p.m. and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m., once quorum is established.
To conduct a homeowners meeting, a quorum of thirty percent (30%) of the Members must be represented in person or by proxy. In order to be sure of a quorum, please sign and date your Proxy and Absentee Ballot and return it by mail to P.O. Box 3075, Waxahachie, TX 75168 or via fax to 214-988-1125, even if you plan to attend as unforeseen circumstances do occur. The Proxy will be returned to you upon your arrival at the meeting, should you attend.
Proxy and Absentee Ballot may be faxed or dropped off (mailbox at 215 Katy Lake Dr) as late as 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7.
