Absentee Ballot and Proxy Form for October 6, 2015 HOA Membership Meeting
/Don't forget the annual HOA Membership Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 7pm at the Waxahachie Country Club. The club is located at 1920 U.S. 287 Business, Waxahachie, TX 75165.
Proxy and/or Absentee Ballot must be returned by October 5, 2015. You may fax forms to the fax number on the form or mail them to the HOA at the address provided on the forms.
At this meeting we will elect three board of directors positions for a two-year term.
Here are this year's board nominees:
- Nick Hester (100 Bogey Ct)
- Michael Pearman (109 Fairway Dr)
- Dale Stevenson (105 Mulligan Ct)
All three nominees are incumbents. There were no additional nominations made by members this year during the open nominations period.
